Dryer Ball Essential Oil Recipe
Are you looking for a non-toxic alternative to commercial dryer sheets? These essential oil dryer balls are the perfect solution! With a dryer balls essential oils recipe, you get nicely scented clothes that you can feel good about. The process is easy, quick, and guaranteed to make your laundry smell wonderful. You only need 3 basic materials and five minutes of time!

Equipment
- Various Wool dryer balls or DIY alternative (see details in the post)
- 1 (5 mililiter) glass bottle with screw or reducer cap (like a recycled essential oil bottle)
Materials
Spring Flowers
- 18 drops ylang Ylang
- 18 drops sandalwood
- 9 drops patchouli
Summer Fresh
- 20 drops neroli
- 15 drops citronella
- 10 drops basil
Fall Leaves
- 15 drops lemongrass
- 15 drops vetiver
- 10 drops clary Sage
- 5 drop geranium
Instructions
- Add all essential oils to the storage jar. Apply the lid and shake to combine.
- You can use it immediately or go ahead and let the scents meld over time until you’re ready.
- Place 2-3 drops of blended essential oil on each ball.
- Wait 60 seconds to let the oil soak in and dry before putting them in the dryer or storing for later use.
- Store scented dryer balls in a large glass jar with an airtight lid. Add 2-4 dryer balls to each load of clothes in the dryer, depending on the overall size of the load.
Notes
One batch of blended oil will last for 15-22 applications.
