You don’t always need fancy kitchen appliances to make cooking easier. Sometimes, you only need your trusted frying pan for cooking breakfast sausage links.
Place the sausages and cook the first side until golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes. Turn it over using tongs or a spatula and continue for an equal amount of cooking time on the second side. The sausage should not be pink when you cut it open.
This is an optional step, but I like to place cooked sausages on a plate lined with paper towels. The towels will absorb excess oil and preserve the crisp texture.
Serve your cooked sausage on a separate dish or as is, and enjoy.
