Notes
Use a high-speed blender to blend fruits and chocolate easier and to achieve the ideal smooth and creamy texture.
Choose semi-sweet white chocolate chips or discs for less sweetness and easier blending. Chop or shave a white chocolate bar as an alternative.
If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more liquid. If it's too thin, add more frozen fruit or ice.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and chill your glass in the freezer before pouring in the smoothie and serving.
Make this recipe how you like it, swapping coconut milk for the milk of your choice, substituting the strawberries and pineapple for other tropical fruits, or adding topping like chia seeds or shredded coconut.
If serving at a party, garnish with coconut flakes and a wedge of fresh pineapple, mango, or papaya. Add a splash of rum to make a tropical cocktail served in a festive tiki glass with an umbrella.
For the best taste and texture, enjoy your Bahama Mama smoothie right after blending.
Serve: Enjoy Bahama Mama Tropical Smoothie along with your breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals, or as a snack in between.
